Called from Egypt

The prophecy in Hosea 11:1 When Israel was young, I love him,and of Egypt I called my son's.

Fulfilment in Matthew 2:14 Then Joseph got up, took the child and his mother that night, then fled to Egypt,
2:15 and stayed there until Herod died. It might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: "Out of Egypt I called my son."

Murder Children

The prophecy in Jeremiah 31:15 Thus saith the LORD: Hear!Heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping: Rachel weeping for her children, she refuses to be comforted for her children, because they do not exist anymore.

Fulfilment in Matthew 2:16 When Herod saw that he had been deceived by the Magi, he was furious. And he ordered to kill all the children in Bethlehem and its surroundings, namely children aged two years and under, according to the time that can be learned from the Magi were.
