The prophecy in Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give youa sign: Behold, a young woman will conceive and bear a son, andhe will call his name Immanuel.

Fulfillment in Luke 1:26 In the sixth month God sent the angel Gabriel to go to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
1:27 to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph from the family of David; virgin's name was Mary.
1:28 When the angels went into the house of Mary, he said: "Hail, O thou blessed, the Lord is with thee."
1:29 But she was heard saying, and pondered what sort of greeting.
1:30 the angel said to him: "Fear not, O Mary, for thou hath a grace before God.
1:31 Behold, thou shalt conceive and will give birth to a son, and be thou name him Jesus.
